美军标MIL-STD-810G与IEC60068试验项目区别,总体来说,美军标更严苛,举例对比测试项目如下:

1、恒温试验:试验温度和试验时间均未规定,需客户自定义
1、Dry Heat:The Test temperature and time are not defined,need defined by    client.
2、循环试验:试验温度标准明确规定,且试验时间是最少3个循环,最多7个循环,每循环24h。
2、Temperature Cycling: The test temperature is defined and the test time at    least 3 cycles,at most 7 cycles,24h a cycle.
Dry Heat:The Test temperature and time are not defined,need defined by client.
Low Temperature
低温
Test    Method 502.5no different from MIL-STD-810G
Humidity
湿热
Test  Method 507.5
交变湿热,试验周期为10周期,每周期持续时间24h,温度范围为30℃-60℃,相对湿度在85%-95%变化
Cyclic damp heat test: 10 cycles,24h a cycle,temperature from 30℃ to +60℃,RH from 85% to 95%.
1、一种是恒定湿热,即温度为40℃,相对湿度为90%-95%,试验时间96h
1、Humidity:temperature 40℃,RH from 90% to 95%,test time:96h
2、交变湿热,有两等级,等级1温度范围为25℃-55℃,等级2温度范围为25℃-45℃,相对湿度均在85%-95%变化,试验周期不定,但最少2周期
2、Cyclic damp heat test: have 2 grade,grade 1 temperature form 25℃ to    55℃,grade 2 temperature form 25℃ to 45℃, RH from 85% to 95%,the cycle is not defined but at least 2 cycles.
Vibration
振动
Test Method 514.6
依据产品安装平台明确规定了振动试验条件,需依据产品特点选定,且振动图谱大都为随机振动
define the vibration test conditions by the installation platform of the product,select the conditions by the feature of the product and most of the  figure is random vibration.
未根据安装平台明确振动条件,且大部分试验条件为正弦扫频
no define the vibration test conditions by the installation platform of the product and most of the  conditions is sine sweep vibration.
Shock
冲击
Test  Method 516.6
依据产品安装平台明确规定了冲击试验条件,需依据产品特点选定,冲击波形为后峰锯齿波,梯形波,产品安装平台确定,试验条件可确定
define the shock test conditions by the installation platform of the product,select the conditions by the feature of the product.shock wave    characteristics such as terminal    peak sawtooth  pulse,Trapezoidal    pulse.can confirm the test conditions by the    installation platform of the product.
未根据安装平台明确冲击条件,冲击波形为半正弦波,后峰锯齿波,梯形波,产品安装平台确定,试验条件无法确定,需客户指定;
