AEC-Q102较AEC-Q101增加的项目如下:
振动、冲击
VVF变频振动试验,试验条件:在20~100Hz频率范围内,位移幅值(峰-峰值)1.5mm;在100Hz~2kHz频率范围内,加速度200m/s2。
MS机械冲击,试验条件:X、Y、Z三个垂直轴的六个方向上各施加5次冲击(共30次),半正弦脉冲,持续时间0.5ms,峰值加速度1500g's
脉冲工作寿命PLT
脉宽100 μs,占空比3%
凝露DEW
温度循环范围为30~65℃,在65℃保持4~8 h,转换时间为2~4 h,RH=90~98%
以规格书中的最小驱动电流保持1008 h。若规格书中未定义额定最小电流,可选定一个驱动电流,其值不能使Tjunction的温度上升幅度超过3K。
硫化氢和混合气体腐蚀
H2S硫化氢腐蚀
在温度40℃和湿度90%RH的条件下保持336小时,H2S的浓度为15×10-6
FMG混合气体腐蚀
在温度25℃和湿度75%RH条件下保持500小时,气体浓度如下:
